Return & Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns for exchange are only accepted for defective or misprinted items.
• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
• All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Request a Replacement

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at johncaldwellart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Include:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective or misprinted item
• Once approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size orders (please check our size guide before purchasing).
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

4. Refunds

• We only offer replacements, not refunds.
• If your item is eligible for a replacement, we will process it as soon as possible.
